Designed to turn reviewed measurements and recovery data into prior-authorization documentation.

Honest about where we are.

Built with practicing spine surgeons. SpineOS is decision-support and documentation software for licensed clinicians — here is exactly what that means today.

Questions, answered plainly.

What's the difference between SpineOS and EasySpine?

SpineOS is the clinician workspace — case planning, radiographic measurement, and the whole episode of care. EasySpine is the companion patient app for post-op recovery: daily check-ins, milestones, and wound monitoring that flow back to the surgeon. One loop, two surfaces.

Is SpineOS FDA cleared?

Not yet. SpineOS is decision-support and documentation software; every software output is reviewed and confirmed by a licensed clinician. We're evaluating the 510(k) pathway for the measurement components with regulatory scoping underway — see our regulatory posture.

Does it replace my PACS or EHR?

No. SpineOS sits alongside them as a spine-specific planning and recovery layer. EHR/PACS integration is on the roadmap, not a prerequisite to start.

How is patient data protected?

Tenant-isolated with Postgres Row-Level Security, audit hooks and database audit triggers for implemented PHI-bearing workflows, and a strict content-security policy. See our privacy notice.

What does it cost?

SpineOS is sold to spine service lines as an annual platform subscription with implementation — not a per-seat tool. Talk to the team for a scoped quote.
